Hi, Guys!

Let me introduce myself first. My name is Nana. Yes, it’s a nickname. I don’t think it’s important for you to know my full name…^^

This is my first time writing a blog. I don’t have any idea about how a blog should be. So I’ll just tell you about what I am thinking at the moment.

Exam time is coming. I have to study hard to make sure I can get a good mark. There are some units I can memorize easily. On the other hand, there are some units, that although I have spent the whole night reading it, I still cannot understand anything.

Then I think of something: there are a lot of things that influence our understanding of a particular unit or subject. One thing that I think is really important is who teaches that subject, or in other words, the teacher.

For me, if I think the teacher can teach well, if I like the teacher, if I think the teacher is interesting, most of the time I will be able to understand that teacher’s unit easily. If I think the teacher is boring or annoying, then I will be very lazy even to open the unit’s book.

As an example, when I was on the first year of high school, I liked subject A very much. I got very excited whenever the teacher came in to the class. I think he could teach really well, he was very funny, and that’s why I could easily get a high mark. However, when I was on my second year, another teacher taught this unit. He was very different from the previous teacher, and I, honestly, didn’t like his way of teaching. That’s why my mark was getting lower and lower.

So, for me, who the teacher is, is really important in being able to understand the materials given. Tell me what you think!
